For the third year in a row, the Ferry Safety and Technology Conference will take place in Manhattan. This year’s event is May 11 and 12. The conference is presented by the Worldwide Ferry Safety Association and brings maritime experts together to discuss ways to improve ferry service safety and efficiency. Dr. Roberta Weisbrod is the executive director of the association and she spoke with Transportation Radio about the conference and her organization.
