Just in time for winter weather, the One-Stop Shop for Rural Traveler Information now includes many of the states in the western lower 48. The site was developed by the Western Transportation Institute at Montana State University. We learn more in this report from Bernie Wagenblast.

The damp, chilly night didn’t discourage those attending the Women of ITS New Jersey‘s networking event at Taste Venue in Newark. Among those attending were Uzo Mangar of VHB and Mary K. Murphy of the North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority and Past President of the WTS Greater New York chapter.

Networking events are one way and Transportation Radio attended such a gathering in Newark, New Jersey and spoke with Marcia Shapiro, President of Marine Tiger Technologies and the former president of the Greater New York Chapter of WTS International.
